2017 new year message from Salman Lakhani, CEO

My Dear Colleagues,

Happy new year to you all. I hope you celebrated the start of 2017 in good spirits with family and friends. Now it’s time to look ahead and think about what this year may bring us. But first, a quick look back.

In 2016, as a CEO, I devoted my efforts to winning more contracts, delivering quality products to our customers and building our new offices in Karachi and Washington DC. The reinforcement of sales processes, reinventing our brand “Cubix” and visiting the United States were our key strategies towards this goal.

The year 2017 bears great significance in our journey towards new growth as we plan to build more partnerships and set high goals for business developments. I also look forward to refine the various initiatives in our three key strategies, setting a project management office, improving technology stack and transforming Cubix into an organization that continues to deliver “new value” and “new excitement” to customers and society.

We will continue to work on improving our brand and processes, while, at the same time, enhancing our services to offer solutions to our partners and clients.

The last year has had a significant impact on all of us, but I would like to thank you all for your significant support and dedication during these challenging times. The year ahead will bring its own challenges but I’m sure, by working together, staying focused on our priorities, and putting our customers first, we can realize our ambitions. These will certainly continue to be my priorities and I am convinced I can count on you to do the same. Together, we can take our company to new heights.

My personal, most important resolution for 2017 is to spend significantly more time in building new products, creating healthier workplace for all of us and how can I forget that I have to lose 5KG more
