2020 was full of surprises for every industry. Advanced technology was evolving due to which many industries quit using traditional techniques. Being one of the top IT consultants with an enormous amount of knowledge, Cubix Inc. understood Engro’s needs.

Engro Corp, a multinational company endeavored to develop a digital product solution. This would prove to be a valuable experience for us. Execution started in May 2020, and we aimed to take Engro’s stakeholder management system to a new level.

There were challenges to overcome in the first few weeks, as we aimed to establish a trustworthy relationship with Engro. Indeed, the base of our relationship became stronger due to the management and employees’ co-operative attitude.

Challenges:

While working on GRRA, we communicated to successfully overcome challenges as a team. We possessed product knowledge and expertise with SharePoint, but we needed to communicate clearly to ensure that we were on the same page.

Before working on GRRA, the management system of Engro had a number of issues. These posed major concern for the company in the future. Some of these included:

  • Manual data entry, which meant a slow and an insufficient system.
  • Risk of data loss; the existing system at that time lacked operational efficiency and reliability.
  • Security parameters – required a strong security system and the ability to sync smoothly.

Solution:

Developing the GRRA tool as a quick access app revolved around digitizing the whole system and automating data entry/storage. The main concern for Engro Corp was automating the entire process for internal and external interaction.

The manual process for tracking or storing such data was quite lengthy, and there was risk of data loss. However, the new management tool that Cubix created enabled users to:

  • Modify meeting statuses, record proceedings, and upload the data on the portal as a document at any time, and from anywhere.
  • Enjoy a better and more reliable stakeholder management system. It’s noteworthy to mention that the quick-access app only works when linked with Engro Corp’s server.
  • Access an efficient user interface; every feature is available for the Android, iOS, and web-based super panel.

Conclusion:

We integrated our product with Engro’s existing system seamlessly to enable a tremendous digital transformation. This was an achievement for both organizations. As technology is making leaps and bounds, Cubix aims to build more efficient management systems in the future. To make the world digitalized, we’ll keep on contributing!
